HOW WE SHIP OUR BIKES
First: You will never get a "preassembled" bike from jehlebikes.de.
Before shipping, an experienced employee will check the bike, performing the following adjustment tasks:
- All screws and nuts will be fastened
- Shifting and brake systems will be adjusted properly
- Wheels/spoke tension will be checked and corrected
- Suspension systems will be checked
The bike will be shipped then in a closed cardboard box (handlebar turned and pedals removed)
If not stated otherwise, we charge shipping costs according to the table below.
If ordering at least one bike, we do not charge additional shipping costs for bike parts and accessories!

We are happy to offer TAX-FREE Export to our costumers in non-EU-countries now!
When exporting our goods to non-EU-countries (for example Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway), we may deduct the german sales tax ("Mehrwertsteuer") in complete from the merchandise value.
Example;
If you order a bike in value of EUR 1999 from us, we will charge you only EUR 1679,83 plus the shipping rate applicable for the destination country.
Please note: It is required that both BILLING ADDRESS and SHIPPING ADDRESS are located outside the EU customs union and shipping is performed by a forwarding company authorized by us.
After importing, the financial authorities of the target country may charge an import tax according to local regulations.
If you have the chance to pick up your goods at our store in Ulm, Germany, unfortunately we can not deduct the sales tax from the total amount. However, if you send us back the original invoice with a stamped EU export declaration, we may refund you the tax after export. Please ask our staff for the required form which is available at our cashier desk. We can arrange a reservation for the bike you are interested in-please inform us 2-3 days before your visit
